My elderly mother lives in a 5th wheel full time. She had been having issues for years with her furnace, hot water and other propane powered appliances not working properly. She had a local company who I will not name working on these issues for 3 years, thousands of dollars they’ve charged her and so many appliances from the furnace, thermostats, regulators, all unnecessarily replaced. They just took advantage of her over and over. She was so devastated after spending most of her savings with this other business and still not being able to take a hot shower. This company left her using dangerous space heaters to try and keep warm through the winter and unable to even cook herself a meal and told her she needed to wrap her 200 gallon propane tank in blankets because it was in the shade and the problem. (It’s Arizona!) we found Tucson Mobile RV by a Facebook post I’d posted asking for recommendations. Sean came out the next day after we messaged. He was punctual, professional and worked with her propane company to figure out the problem. Sean loaned my mom a portable tank to use while he worked on unclogging her gas line inside her 5th wheel. Sean communicated every step of the way and went way above and beyond to make sure my mother was treated fairly and with respect. He listened and didn’t dismiss her concerns. He told us up front he was going to get to the bottom of this and he followed through. Sean did an amazing job and for the first time in years, my mom was able to take a hot shower and called me afterwards, crying tears of joy. We know winter is coming and she will be safe and warm in her home for the first time in a long time. We can’t thank Sean and Tucson Mobile RV enough for being honest and following through with a job and taking care of of us. They gained a new customer for life and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to everyone needing RV service.

We have been calling on Sean and his team since 2021. Great service and knowledgeable. What I really appreciate about Sean is that he has never said he cannot do the job. He has worked during the intense heat to get our a/c up and running, and when plumbing our dishwasher. Definitely recommend this company!

I can't begin to tell you how amazing Sean was when I called for service! My husband and I are heading to San Dieago on Tuesday and our coach battery wiring was stumping us. Called Tucson Mobile RV Service and Sean was willing to rearrange his Monday schedule to fit us in! Other companies we called never even returned our calls. However my modern day McGivor was able to figure out what he did wrong and got everything fixed. Called Sean back and he was glad it worked out and wished us a great trip! Thank you for your willingness to help and your amazing customer service! I will call them again next time!

Going from OR to AL, took the 1-5 & 1-10, after 3 days the road somehow lost our grease seal, and then also melted our bearings on our travel trailer wheel. We noticed after parking for gas, thank goodness we did. We started panicking because we were stranded, and no one else would answer, no other help. In 100 degree heat, I found this number and called. Sean and Dylan came through within 1 hour. He brought everything needed and repaired our entire wheel within 1 hour. These guys are great people, and extremely knowledgeable. 10/10 don’t call anyone else 🙌🏻 Thanks guys, again. -Chris and Lynn

I got on the phone with Sean for about five minutes. Told him what I was dealing with the problems I was experiencing he was able to pinpoint exactly what was wrong with my water heater through the phone. Awesome customer service. I’d highly recommend Sean to anybody who needs any RV work. EVERYBODY ALSO NEEDS TO REMEMBER GOOD WORKING CHEAP AND CHEAP WORKING AIN’T GOOD

We had a small job, our faucet was loose and my husband and I tried and tried but our arms just weren’t long enough!!🤣 It took the service tech about 5minutes. Well worth the service call! Very knowledgeable, and great customer service. This will definitely be our go to company should something else come up.

Got a neighbor's recommendation after a storm on I-10 tore up our trailer. Had them fix the AC/heat wiring on the roof, replace glass in the entry door, and the sewer access door. Everything turned out great. Glad we called.
